12 frozen blintzes (cheese blintz best)
4 eggs
16 oz. carton sour cream
4 T. sugar
4 T. orange juice
2 T. vanilla extract
1 stick butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Melt the butter/margarine and coat frozen blintzes in rectangle pan. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over blintzes. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until lightly browned.

Can also prepare a day in advance, refrigerate and bake just before serving.

I also like to top with one can of blueberry compote and even some extra fresh or frozen blueberries.

You can also add a splash of any of the following if you have it around: amaretto, orange extract, cinnamon or nutmeg.
