1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. quick oatmeal
Combine and let stand 20 minutes.

1 cube margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1/2 t. salt
2 eggs
1 T. cinnamon
1 t. soda
1 1/2 c. flour

Cream margarine and sugar. Add other ingredients. and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes. Top with Broiler topping.

Broiler Topping:
1 cube margarine
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. brown sugar

Mix while cake is baking and let stand. Put on cake while hot and broil until brown.
