2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/2 t. salt
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 -10 minutes and let cool. Cut in half and crumble half in 9 x 13 pan.

1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 9 oz. cool whip
1 c. powdered sugar
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar then fold in cool whip. Spread over the 1st layer.

3 small boxes chocolate instant pudding
4 c. milk

Beat and pour over the cream cheese mixture. Top chocolate pudding with more cool whip and sprinkle rest of the crumbs on the top.
