1 ½ eggs per person
2 tablespoons oil for frying, or as needed
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoons corn starch
¼ cup chopped cooked bacon, sausage or luncheon meat
¼ cup grated cheese. (if using parmesan, omit added salt)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Chop garlic and sauté with meat in olive oil for 3 to 5 minutes.

Add remaining ingredient to blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Add to fry pan. Fold eggs inward as they cook. Cover pan for 2 minutes to allow top to firm. Serve with toast or biscuits and favorite jams.
