2 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple (1 lb., No. 2 can). Use juice also, Do not drain pineapple.
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped nuts

Icing:
1- 8oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients by hand until well blended. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake in 350º oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

Icing:
When cake is cool, mix cream cheese and butter very well. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread on cool cake.
