mayonnaise
Dijon mustard
seasoned salt
paprika

Shell the desired number of hard boiled eggs, then slice them in half. Pop out the yolks and mash them together in a bowl using a fork or potato masher. Add mayo and mustard a couple tablespoons at a time until the mixture is creamy and add seasoned salt until it tastes good to you. Scoop the yolk mixture back into the egg halves, mounding it. Sprinkle with paprika for a pretty finish. To make the eggs more artistic, pipe the yolk mixture into the egg halves using a frosting piping bag.

This is one of my favorite recipes to make for Easter dinner, using the rejected eggs that all the kids decorated. It's really easy and you can adjust the ingredients to however you like it!
