Russet or red skinned potatoes
Butter
Olive or canola oil
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Line jelly roll pan with foil. Wash potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Melt butter in a big glass bowl; then add oil. Toss potatoes in the butter and oil mixture. Spread potatoes on jelly roll pan. Bake at about 425º for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Take out of oven and sprinkle with seasoned salt and black pepper and toss.
