1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
1/2 cup crushed pecans
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 large container of cool whip
2 family packages instant chocolate pudding
4 1/2 cups milk
chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 13 x 9 pan in oven. Mix flour and pecans, pat into pan. Bake at 350º for 15 - 20 minutes. Cool completely. Mix together cream cheese, half of cool whip, and powdered sugar, spread over crust. Then mix together pudding and milk and spread over cream cheese mixture. Then spread the remaining cool whip on top. Sprinkle crushed chocolate chips over cool whip. Refrigerate until serving.
