1 (12 oz) can of tuna in water, drained
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 c sharp cheddar cheese, grated (to taste)
1/2 onion, sauteed
1/2 can milk
Mushrooms, sliced
1 12 oz. bag of egg noodles cooked according to package direction
small bag of potato chips
salt and pepper

Saute mushrooms and onions. Add the mushroom soup and milk. Melt in the cheese. Add the tuna. Stir in frozen peas. Put all of this into a glass casserole dish. Heat it in the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit until hot (1/2 hour or so). Top with crushed potato chips before serving.

WARNING: This is not an exact recipe. Allie just dictated this to me (Tim) off of the top of her head. She encourages those attempting this recipe to be liberal with the changes (green onions, for example). This recipe was inspired by my sister, Carolyn Thom.
