4 chicken breasts
1 green pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 fajita seasoning packet
sour cream
cheddar cheese
flour tortillas

You can prepare the vegetables at home and put in ziplock bags to bring camping, but the chicken is best prepared there.
Cut chicken into long pieces and cook in skillet until no longer pink. ( I found that if you cook the chicken breast whole, and then cut it into strips, it seems to be a little more crispy and flavorful). You can either season chicken with salt and pepper, or add a little water to skillet and add fajita seasoning packet and let simmer. Add cut up vegetables to skillet with chicken and cook until tender crisp.
Then set up your fajita buffet. Lay out tortillas, chicken and vegetables, cheese, salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Enjoy!!
