1 beef roast
salt
pepper
horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Cook any beef roast in oven with small amount of water in bottom of pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook at 350º for 2 1/2 hours. Remove roast from pan, save drippings and cool slightly. Shred beef with hands or cut with knife. Make a thin gravy out of broth. Mix beef and gravy together and keep warm in crock pot.

This recipe is completely made up, and it's not exactly from grandma, but it's the same concept. I think grandma and grandpa use a grinder though, anyway, it's great with horseradish at Christmas!!
