1-1/4 cup Graham Crackers (about 16)
1/4 cup Melted Butter
8 ounce package Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tabs Lemon Juice
Dash of Salt
2 Eggs

Topping:
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 tbsp Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs and butter and press into buttered 8 inch pie place.
For filling, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy and blend in sugar, juice and salt. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each. Pour into crust and bake at 325º for 25 - 30 minutes or until set.

For topping combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla and spoon over top of pie after it has cooled 15 minutes. Bake 10 minutes longer.

Cool and chill several hours.
