4 cups cooked rice (regular or minute)
crumbled bacon
2 heaping Tbsp bacon fat
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3 eggs
frozen peas (optional)
1/2 bottle (1/2 c.) soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook crumbled bacon in skillet with bacon fat. Saute green onion in bacon fat. Add soy sauce to taste and make brown color. Make rice separately. Mix. Fry a couple of eggs and stir up, add to rice. Add frozen peas if desired.
