1 pkg (1 lb) fresh turkey breast slices
2 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup dry Marsala wine
1 c. sliced fresh mushroom

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 Tbsp butter in skillet on medium. When butter begins to bubble, add half of the turkey. Cook 3 minutes; turn. Cook 2 minutes more, or until no longer pink. Place turkey on platter; cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining butter and turkey. Combine flour, bouillon and garlic powder in bowl; gradually stir in 1 cup water and wine. Add to skillet; cook on medium 5 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened. Add mushrooms and heat one minute more.
