2 red delicious apples, peeled, cored and diced
2 T. lime juice
2 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. grapes, halved
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. low fat sour cream
2 tsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine apples and lime juice. Add chicken, grapes, walnuts, sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Toss together. Chill until cool. Serve with croissants or on a lettuce cup.
