1 lb. ground pork sausage
1 (8oz) can crescent rolls
2 C Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
4 eggs beaten
3/4 C milk
1/2 tsp dried (whole) oregano
1/8 tsp pepper
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until brown and set aside. Unroll each crescent roll. Line bottom and 1.2 inch up sides of 9X13 baking dish. Press crescents together at seams. Sprinkle sausage over dough and top with cheese and green pepper. Combine eggs and remaining ingredients and pour over sausage and pepper.
Bake at 400º for 18 to 20 mins.
