2 (12oz) buttermilk biscuits
Choose choice of meats, browned gr. beef, chicken, pepperoni, what every you like.
1 (14oz) pizza sauce
2 C shredded Mozzarella
1 C shredded Cheddar
You can add mushrooms, onions, peppers, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Separate biscuits into individual biscuits, cut each into quarters.
Coat bottom and sides of 13X9 baking dish with cooking spray. Place biscuits evenly in bottom of pan.
Mix together your choice of meat and extras with pizza sauce, spread over biscuits.
Bake for 25 mins. then sprinkle with cheeses and continue baking for additional 5 to 10 mins or until cheese is bubbles.
Let stand for a few mins before serving.
