Baked 9" pie shell

6 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
4 cups blueberries
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese, add milk and lemon peel and beat. Spread in pie shell. Sprinkle on 2 cups of blueberries. Mash 2nd cup of blueberries and add lemon juice and salt. Add water to make 1 1/2 cups,. Stir in sugar and cornstarch. Bring to a boil and cook until thick. Cool. Spread over berries in pie shell. Chill.
Serve with whipped or ice cream.
