6 fully cooked Bratwurst or Polish sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces, 1 lb.
4 medium potatoes (about 1 1/2 lbs.), cooked, peeled and cubed
1 16-oz. can cut green beans, drained
1 10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
chopped onion, 1/4-1/2 cup

In a 3-quart casserole, stir together the brats, potatoes, green beans, mushroom soup, cheddar cheese and chopped onion. (If using onion, saute onion until soft in a skillet first). Bake covered in a 350º oven for about 45 minutes or until heated through. Makes 8 servings.
