49 Kraft caramels
3 T water
5 c rice cereal
1 c peanuts
1 ( 6oz) chocolate chips
1 ( 6oz) butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels with water in saucepan over low heat, stir frequently until sauce is smooth. Pour over cereal and nuts, toss until well coated. With greased fingers, press mixture into greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Sprinkle morsels on top and place in 200º oven for 5 minutes or until morsels soften. Spread until blended to make a frosting. Cool and cut into bars

Hint: spray a piece of waxed paper with Pam and use that to flatten mixture in pan.

This recipe was given to me by Patty years ago and it is the most requested recipe I have. It is easy and so yummy. It is a nice change from regular rice krispie bars.
