1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/12 cup sugar
3 tbs. butter
1 tsp. water
1 cup water
1 lbs. peanuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup light corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 2 cookies sheets keep warm. Combine soda, water and vanilla in small bowl set a side. Combine sugar, 1 cup water,corn syrup in large pan. Cook over medium heat to 240 on candy thermometer, stirring occasionally. Stir in butter & peanuts; cook stirring constantly to 240 on ct.; Immediately remove from heat. Stir in soda mixture Pour half mixture onto cookie sheet quickly spread evenly to 1/4 thickness. Cool and break into pieces.
