2 Cans dark kidney beans
4 Cups water
2 Carrots
1 Large onion
1 small can tomatoes
2 TBsp olive oil
2 Stalks celery

Directions:
Directions:
Cut carrots and onion and celery in small pieces. Simmer with olive oil and tomatoes until veggies are soft.

Add beans and water.

Simmer for one hour.

Cook egg noodles, strain and add to soup. You can also use rice.
