32 oz bag of frozen Hash Brown Potatoes, defrosted
1/2 C butter/margarine, softened
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 101/2 oz can cream of chicken soup
16 oz sour cream
8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 medium onion

TOPPING:
1/2 c butter/margarine
2 cups Kellogg Corn Flakes, crushed, not smashed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix first 8 ingredients. Pour into ungreased baking dish
Top with crushed corn flakes, then drizzle melted butter over.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes
