2 C Gram Crackers
2 T Sugar
6 T Butter
2 - 8oz Cream Cheese
1 C Sugar
3 Eggs
2 t Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Use springform pan. Smear sides and bottom of pan with butter, sprinkle with plain gram crackers.
Mix crumbs and melted butter and the 2t of sugar together. Save 1/4 for top of cake. Pat the remainder on the bottom of pan.
Beat Cream Cheese with sugar, keep mixer running and add eggs one at a time, then add vanilla, sour cream. Pour into pan. Preheat oven 375º. Cook cake for 1/2 hr. Turn off the oven and keep cake in for an additional 1 hr. DO NOT OPEN DOOR. Take cake out of pan and let cool. Put in refrig until firm. Top with favorite fruit.
