1 stick margarine
1 jar Old English Spread
Can of crab meat (or shrimp)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
package of English Muffins,
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except English Muffins. Separate muffins into halves. Spread on top of English muffins. Cut each muffin into 8 pie wedges. Freeze. Keep in freezer in plastic bag until ready to serve. Broil before serving.

Great recipe to keep in the freezer for unexpected company. You can take out and broil only what you need and keep the rest for another time.
