2 lb. bag hash browns
1 stick of butter
1 large container of sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Place hashbrowns in large greased casserole dish. Melt one stick of butter and pour half over the potatoes. Mix sour cream, chicken soup and onions and mix into the potatoes. Cover with crushed corn flakes and cheddar cheese. Pour remaining butter over the top. Bake at 350º until brown, about 50 minutes.
