5 1/2 to 6 1/2 cups flour
2 packages active dry yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup butter ( 1/2 stick margarine)
2 1/4 cups hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 cups flour, undissolved yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Put in soft butter and tap water/ Beat with electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup flour, beat with mixture on high for 1 minute. Stir in just enough remaining flour to make soft dough to knead. Turn onto floured board, knead for 5 to 10 minutes until mixture is elastic feeling. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest on board for 20 minutes. Knead a little bit more and divide into 2 equal portions. ( cut with buttered knife)
Roll each portion into rectangle/ Roll up at small side, pack under edges with the seam at the bottom of the pan, put into greased pan. Brush with vegetable oil or butter to cover the bread. Put into refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours. Remove from fridge and let stand for 15 minutes before putting in oven. Bake at 400º for 35-40 minutes. Remove from pans immediately, brush with butter.
