2/3 cup of oil
1/4 cup of molasses
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
1+ tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups of four

Directions:
Directions:
Beat or stir first 4 ingredients until creamy. Add ginger, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Stir until well blended. Add 2 cups of flour. Mix. Roll dough into balls and roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350º for about 10 minutes.
