1 bottle French dressing
1 jar Apricot preserves
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/4 c. soy sauce
Chicken pieces, skin removed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients, except chicken, in a bowl. Layer chicken pieces in a 9.x13 baking dish (glass best) and coat with sauce. Bake for one hour and 15 minutes.

Can use chicken breasts or a combination of chicken pieces, skin removed.

Serve with white rice reserving excess sauce from baking dish to serve with rice and chicken.
