2 10 oz. packages fine egg noodles, cooked
2 lbs ground italian sausage (or mix with 1 lb. ground beef)
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 T. worcestershire sauce
1 large and 1 standard carton of cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. oregano
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/2 pint sour cream
1 bunch green onions, chopped
Shredded cheddar cheese to top

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta and brown meat with the onion and garlic. Drain meat and add tomato sauce, worcestershire, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Mix cheeses, sour cream and green onions in a separate bowl.

Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 9x13 pan and layer noodles, cheeses, then meat sauce. Bake for 30-35 minutes, then top with shredded cheddar and finish baking until bubbly and cheese melts.
