1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 large can Tomatoes
6 ounce can Tomato Paste
1 tsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Sugar
Pepper, and Garlic Powder to Taste
1 cup Sour Cream
12 ounce package Noodles
8 ounce Cream Cheese
6 Green Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste and salt, sugar, pepper and garlic.
Simmer 20 minutes

Cook noodles and drain.

Prepare the following:
Mix sour cream, cream cheese and chopped green onions. Add cooked noodles to this mixture.

Place meat mixture in a 13x9x2-1/2" pan. Add noodle mixture on top of that. Cover with cheddar cheese.

Cook at 350º for 1 hour or until bubbly.

Can be prepared ahead of time and put in refrigerator or freezer.
