6 Roma tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 red onion
3-4 fresh garlic
Fresh cilantro
Dash chili pepper flakes
Dash of olive oil
½ lemon juice
pepper
dash red wine vinegar (opt)
old elpaso picante salsa (med)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all fresh ingredient. Mix. Add olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, chili flakes, red wine vinegar.

Just before serving add a bit of picante salsa to thicken and add a bit of taste.
