1/4 Pound Butter (not margarine)
1/2 Pound Brown Sugar
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1/2 Cups chopped pecans

Directions:

1. Melt butter in sauce pan.

2. Add pecans and saute' for 4 minutes.

3. Add the brown sugar and mix thoroughly. Add the heavy cream and stir until all is incorporated. Heat for 7 minutes or until slightly thickened.
