10 Tblsp. Margarine
1-1/4 cup flour
1 Lg. package cream cheese (soft)
1 cup powdered sugar
16 oz cool whip
2 3-oz. package Lemon Instant Pudding
3 cup cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine and flour, then press into 9x13 pan (press up on edges). Bake until light brown 350º-approximately 20 minutes.

Blend cream cheese and sugar, then fold in 1 cup of cool whip. Spread over cooled crust carefully.
Mix 2 packages lemon instant pudding with 3 cup cold milk. Blend until thick, then spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
