1 cup Sifted Flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 cup raisins
2 cup Minute Quaker Oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
sift flour, soda, salt and spices in bowl. Add margarine (butter can be substituted for a softer cookie), sugars, egg and milk. Beat until smooth, about 2 minutes. Fold in raisins and oatmeal. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 12-15 minutes until bottoms are lightly brown.
