1/2 pound pasta
1 lb. shrimp peeled and deveined
red pepper flakes
1/4 cup olive oil
2/3 cup feta cheese
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
2 cans tomato salad wedges or diced tomatoes
1/4 cup white wine
3/4 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
salt and pepper

Saute shrimp and pepper flakes in 2 tbs. olive oil for 1-2 minutes, place in casserole, sprinkle with feta. Add remaining to skillet, simmer about 20 minutes, add to casserole and bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Serve over cooked pasta. Sprinkle with feta and basil
