Package Sugar Cookies Dough
1 c. pistachio nuts
1 c. dried cherries
melted chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out sugar cookie dough into 9" circle, flatten with hands.
Crush up nuts and add to top of dough
Add dried cherries to top of dough and nuts
With rolling pin, push nuts and cherries into dough lightly
With hands, push dough together into a roll. Cut into 1/2"slices and bake on parchment paper 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Remove from pan. Dip half cookie into melted chocolate. Lay on wax paper to dry.
Note: melt choc pieces in microwave until smooth about 15-20 seconds.
