2 c. sugar
4 eggs
11/2c. oil
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3 c. carrots; grated

ICING:
1 stick oleo
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. finely choped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients and bake at 350º for 20-25 min. Cool, then mix together icing ingredients and spread over cake.
