2-- 13 oz. cans Carnation milk, frozen
2 packs lemon Jello
3 cups boiling water
2/3 cup sugar CRUST
1/4 tsp. salt 4c. crushed wafers
6 T lemon juice 1/4 c. melted butter
grated lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:
Put 2 -13 oz cans Carnation milk in freezer for 3 hours.
Mix above ingredients together(not Carnation milk)
Beat the frozen Carnation milk and fold it into the lemon mixture.
For the crust-mix 4 cups crushed wafers and 1/4 cup melted butter-bake this crust for 10 minutes at 325º and cool. Pour the lemon mixture over the baked crust.

When making the crumb base- save a few crumbs to sprinkle over the top of the finished dessert.
