6 boneless chicken breasts (boil/cube)
10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
10 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 ½ stacks Ritz crackers
2 T poppy seeds
1 ½ sticks of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients in one bowl. Then crush Ritz cracker stacks and mix with poppy seeds in another bowl. Mix crackers with 1 ½ sticks of butter. Crumble ½ of mixture on bottom of baking dish, pour in chicken mixture and add last ½ of cracker mixture to the top of chicken mix. Bake @ 350º of 1 hour.
