1 lb fresh salmon fillets, boneless but leave the skin on

For Chutney:
3 tbsp cilantro, roughly chopped
1 tbsp mint, roughly chopped
1 green chili, roughly chopped1
1tsp garlic, roughly chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste

In a chopper or food processor, mix in chutney ingredients and make a paste, add little water (if needed) to make a paste. Adjust salt. The marinade should have enough salt as you would wish to have on the fish. Apply this marinade on fish and let it sit for about 20 minutes. On a pre-heated grill, brush with oil and cook salmon covered for 6-7 minutes skin side down. Serve hot!
