Ingredients: For Tandoori Chicken: 2 chicken breasts, thickly sliced 1 cup plain yogurt (hang it in a paper towel to remove excess water) 1 tbsp store-bought tandoori chicken powder Salt to taste 1 tbsp oil 2 tbsp lemon juice
For Vinaigrette: 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp honey ˝tsp turmeric powder ˝cup olive oil
For Salad: ˝ lb mixed salad greens 5 cherry tomatoes slit

Directions:Marinade tandoori chicken ingredients for a couple of hours. Pre-heat grill and grill chicken pieces for 7-8 minutes on each side. Keep aside. Whisk vinaigrette ingredients in a bowl. In a large bowl, add the salad ingredients and mix. Add dressing and mix it well so that the dressing reaches all the leaves. Plate salad on 4 plates, top with warm tandoori chicken slices. Serve! |
