1 lb. Ground Beef
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 can refried beans
1 cup sour cream
1 lg can enchilada sauce
1 cup shredded cheese
5 tortillas
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, drain
Add taco seasoning per package instructions
For each tortilla, spread about 2 T. refried beans and 2 T. sour cream. Top with 1/3 cup beef mixture. Roll and place seam side down in an 8x8 pan. Pour sauce over tortillas and top with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes in 350º
