Ingredients:  
2 lb. beef, cut into cubes
1/2 cup flour
1 T. curry
2 gloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup raisins
2 apples, peeled and sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 T. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cup beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and curry. Coat beef cubes with flour mixture.
Put in a crock pot. Add the rest of ingredients.
Cook on low 8-10 hours.
Add more curry to taste.
Serve over rice. Garnish with:
Chutney, Peanuts, mandarin oranges, coconut, green onions, green pepper, hard boiled eggs chopped
