1 pound real butter( must be real)
4 cups flour
3 cups sugar
6 eggs beaten
4 cups chopped pecans
1 pound white raisins
1 1/2 pounds candied cherries
1/2 pound candied pineapple
t tbsp lemon extract
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. blend in beaten eggs, gradually add all remaining ingredients and mix well ( easiest with hands)

Bake @ 300 degrees
fill 3 greased and floured bread pans 3/4 full
cool and remove from pans
