1 package of nuts (e.g., pecans or walnuts)
2 T. butter
1 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter cautiously in pan over medium heat. Toss in nuts and sugar and stir continuously for just a few minutes until it looks candied, be careful not to burn. Move to wax paper to cool.

Good with a simple spinach salad of red onion, jarred fruit (like grapefruit or mandarin oranges), feta and a balsamic vinaigrette dressing, like the one in this cookbook.
