1 T. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. sugar

Shake all ingredients together in a cruet or container with sealed lid.

Can also throw in a little lemon juice, garlic or even finely chopped sundried tomato.

Can save any extra for 1-2 weeks or half the recipe for a smaller salad.
