1 egg
breadcrumbs
ham
swiss cheese
boneless skinless chicken breast
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 325
Lay chicken flat.
Place 1 slice of ham and one slice of cheese on top of chicken breast.
Dot with butter.
Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Dip into slightly beaten egg and dredge in breadcrumbs.
Brown in 1/2 inch of oil in cast iron pan.
Place in baking dish.
Bake at 325º for 35 to 40 minutes. º
