3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup pumpkin
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ginger
1 cup nuts

Filling mixture:
1 cup confectioner`s sugar
8 oz cream cheese
4 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup crushed nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1/2 cup of nuts on batter before cooking, and put confectioner`s sugar on towel before rolling.

Mix eggs and sugar, beat 5 minutes. Fold in pumpkin, then add next 5 ingredients, and mix together. Bake on a sheet pan lined with wax paper for 15 minutes at 375º. Roll up in towel(coated with confectioner's sugar) to cool. When cool unroll carefully, remove towel, spread with "filling mixture", re-roll and enjoy !
