1 cup mashed potato (plain boiled potato)
1/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, shortening and mashed potatoes. Mix and turn onto floured board. Knead slightly. Cut out biscuits and cook in hot oven.
